Director and Senior Physiotherapist

Since Graduating in 2016, I have worked extensively in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I have been lucky enough to work with elite level sporting organizations including traveling to Mexico with U20 Australian Gridiron program for the World Championships, as well as having the pleasure of working with local clubs.

I have extensive knowledge and experience in sports rehabilitation, orthopedic surgeries and shoulders and knee conditions.

My passion in rehabilitation stems from the exciting nature of individualised care, and providing specific treatment and rehabilitation programs to meet your needs and demands.

Physiotherapist

I am passionate about holistic assessment, individualised care and journeying with patients to get them back to doing the things they love!

I have a special interest in treating conditions associated with pregnancy, postpartum and pelvic floor dysfunction and have completed further training in Pelvic Floor and Women’s Health. I also enjoy working with patients experiencing persistent pain, neck pain, headaches and vertigo.

Physiotherapist

I recently graduated from JCU in 2024 and am excited to start my career. I grew up in Ingham where I was involved in a number of sports where my passion for physiotherapy grew. My favourites are netball and touch footy but I love to give anything a go! I am excited to work alongside patients in providing care and guidance needed to get back to what they love doing. I thoroughly enjoy the wide scope physiotherapy covers, with a particular interest in sports injuries, shoulder and knee conditions, post-operative recovery, and women’s health.

Monica
Physiotherapist

I have over 15 years of experience as a physiotherapist. I am also currently in my fourth year of studying medicine, with the goal to combine these two areas of expertise as a generalist, working with patients to manage chronic and complex conditions.
I work Saturday mornings at our Douglas location and treat musculoskeletal dysfunction across all ages. With family members in the defence force, I also have a particular interest in working with DVA clients.
