Em runs one on one and group personal training in the Northern Beaches area. Em has done training with Free Movement Physio on how to monitor clients' techniques to ensure the best possible safety for her clients. 

Em has specific fitness groups for teenage girls. These groups create a fitness community for these young women and empower them to make healthier choices.
