PHYSIOTHERAPY

Free Movement Physio aims to get you back to doing the things you love.

We do this by slowing down your appointments. Each session runs for 45 minutes. This allows your Physiotherapist to take the time to listen to you, ask you lots of questions about your area of concern and discover what is important to you so we can get you back to doing the things you love.

Your Physiotherapist will then perform tests and ask you to do movements so we can accurately diagnose the cause of your  pain or issue. Free Movement Physiotherapists will go one step further and look at the way your whole body moves to look at other possible areas that could be impacting upon your area of concern.

Once your Physiotherapist has taken the time to discuss with you the likely cause of your symptoms, your treatment will use a variety of hand on techniques that may include massage, joint mobilisations and dry needling. If it would benefit your recovery, your Physiotherapist may also prescribe exercises or activities to do after your session.

Our Physiotherapists spend lots of time each week improving our knowledge and skills in order to provide you with the best possible treatments.

We regularly attend additional training courses and complete further qualifications to enhance the effectiveness of our treatments,

We are in this profession because we love to help people. Let us help you get back to doing the things you love.
