Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy is a great way to move when you find it difficult to exercise on land.

Exercising in warm water does not put the same amount of pressure through the joints as exercising on land does. Therefore you can work your muscles more without the pain!

The forces of water can be used effectively to target different muscles and joints in a gentler way, which can be greatly beneficial for rehabilitation post injury and post orthopedic surgery such as knee and hip replacement.
