Your Health Gift Card (Refer a Friend Program) Terms & Conditions
As the referrer, you are subject to Free Movement Physio Terms & Conditions for the Referral Program:
Qualified Referral
A “Qualified Referral” is defined as a referred new patient to Free Movement Physio who completes at least 1 in-rooms treatment for Physiotherapy services at Free Movement Physio.
Once the new referred client completes their first in-rooms treatment the referrer will receive a $20 service voucher discount for each qualified referral.
You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each referred customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a referred customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
For each new qualified referral, you can receive a $20 discount voucher off our full fee for each referral. You can use one $20 discount per service at Free Movement Physio for in-rooms treatment for physiotherapy. The discount is not valid for stock or equipment purchases.
The discount may not be used with any other offer and is non-transferable.
The discount is included for full private paying sessions only (does NOT include EPC management plans).
Who is a Referred Customer?
The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person. The Referred Customer must not have had treatment previously at Free Movement Physio.
What are the Referral Rewards?
For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete and pay for an in-rooms treatment. Once completed you will be eligible to receive the $20 service voucher discount for 1 service at Free Movement Physio.
You can receive a $20 discount for each qualified referral. You can only use a maximum of 1x $20 discount at each service.
For example, if you refer 3 new patients and they all have a complete and pay for at least 1 treatment you will receive 3 X $20 discount voucher as a reward.
You can then use 1 x $20 discount at each completed in-rooms treatment.
What can the discount be used for?
Rewards are store credits payable in increments of $20 discount for each qualified new referral unless explicitly noted. The discount can be used for in-room treatments. The discount is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.
Eligibility
Previous and New patients are eligible to refer a friend and get rewarded from the Free Movement Physio refer a friend rewards program.
That means you don’t need to be a previous patient of Free Movement Physio to earn the reward, only the referred person needs to be a new patient to be a qualified referred customer.
Right to cancel program or change terms
Free Movement Physio reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
