Director and Senior Physiotherapist
Since Graduating in 2016, I have worked extensively in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I have been lucky enough to work with elite level sporting organizations, and the pleasure of working with local clubs.
I currently work with U20 Australian Gridiron program which has seen me travel to Mexico for the World Championships, with many more competitions to come.
I have extensive knowledge and experience in sports rehabilitation, orthopedic surgeries and shoulders and knee conditions.
My passion in rehabilitation stems from the exciting nature of individualised care, and providing specific treatment and rehabilitation programs to meet your needs and demands.
At Free Movement Physio, we enjoy treating from head to toe, ensuring you have long lasting outcomes from your rehabilitation.
I look forward to meeting you to get you back to doing the things you enjoy sooner!
I am sorry to hear that you might be in pain and needing Physio! Hopefully I can help you get back to yourself again soon.
I have a special interest in treating conditions associated with women, pregnancy, birth and motherhood. These conditions include neck issues, back pain, Sacroilliac joint pain, De Quervain's tenosynovitis, carpal tunnel and stress incontinence.
I have completed further training in Women's Health conditions.
I love hanging with my husband and taking my dog for walks on the beach in my spare time. I also love getting lost in a good book.
Let me help you get back to doing what you love most.
