Join us on the next Pregnancy Series. These sessions are run by Physiotherapists and guest 

 speakers including a dietician, fitness professionals and infant sleep consultant. Learn about your body during pregnancy, birth and the post-natal period in a supportive nonjudgmental group environment.

These sessions are free! Over 3 nights: 29.03.21, 19.04.21 and 17.05.21.

Personal Trainer Elise on strengthening and fitness during pregnancy and after baby

Kangatraining Australia instructor and baby wearing consultant Kareau on exercising with baby and how to find the right baby carrier for your body

Session three:

Physiotherapist Brooke on your body after baby

Social worker Renee on taking care of your mental health

Infant Sleep Consultant Krys on how to communicate with your baby

Physiotherapist Mitchell training your partner in pregnancy massage and optimal positioning for birth
